About Us

Ganesh Decor is a trusted name in home décor and interior solutions, specializing in curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, and other interior décor products. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable décor products and solutions.
- Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Visit customer locations for product presentations, site visits and sales meetings.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales data in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide after-sales support when required.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.

Eligibility

- Female candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur for customer visits and meetings.
