Job Title: Accountant

Reports to: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Executive to manage invoicing, reconciliation, and collections processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and receipts, monitor receivables, and follow up with customers for payments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing & Documentation

o Generate E-Invoices in compliance with GST regulations.

o Prepare E-Way Bills for all relevant transactions.

o Prepare rent invoices and ensure timely dispatch to tenants or vendors.

o Generate credit notes as and when required.

2. Accounts Receivable Management

o Record and reconcile receipts from all & Online Platform (Amazon, Zepto, Bigbasket, Blinkit, etc.,) settlement gateways.

o Maintain daily sales accounting entries in the ERP system.

o Ensure accurate and timely bank entries for all receipts.

o Review overdue receipts and escalate issues proactively.

o Follow up with customers/debtors for pending payments. o Prepare and share a weekly debtors' list with the management.

3. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation





o Prepare Online platform-wise (Amazon, Zepto, Bigbasket, Blinkit, etc.,) receivables Profit & Loss (P&L;) reports. o Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes related to receivables.

4. Sales Order & Stock Management

o Generate sales orders as per the business workflow.

o Maintain stock transfer sheets and reconcile inventory movements between locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.

 Working knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill generation.

 Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting ERP systems.  Strong amazon to detail and organizational skills.

 Positive communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with online platform (Amazon, Zepto, Bigbasket, Blinkit, etc.,) settlements and P&L; analysis.

 Prior work in a multi-location business setup involving stock transfers.
