Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other outreach methods.
- Explain the company’s services to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into customers by effectively presenting service packages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and account management teams for a smooth client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
