Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented professionals to join our banking team as Seva Sarthi / Grahak Mitra. The ideal candidate will assist customers with banking services, promote digital banking adoption, and ensure a smooth customer experience within the branch.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch.
- Guide customers on ATM operations, UPI, mobile banking, and other digital banking services.
- Resolve basic banking-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Direct customers to the appropriate counters or departments.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.




- Support branch staff in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create a positive and customer-friendly branch environment.
- Desired SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
