Responsible for generating and converting leads. Negotiate with clients for different type of leases and rates. To draw lease contracts as per BIMCO guidelines and prevailing lease rates. Follow up with clients and build relationship with exporters/FF/NVOCC/Shipping lines. Field visits to meet customers and build contacts. Keep records of all container inventory and increase utilization with recent leases. Keep track of idle inventory. Record keeping of all containers and leases.
