About the Role

Pathsky Global Pvt Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic Outbound Tele callers who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi. The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, booking appointments, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

- Maintain accurate call records in the CRM.

- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

- Follow company guidelines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken).





- Positive interpersonal and communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in BPO, appointment booking, or lead generation.

- Knowledge of CRM applications is preferred.
