Job Title :Lead Analyst / Tele caller

Job Summery :We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Analyst / Tele caller to handle lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and lead management activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, and the confidence to convert leads into potential opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online sources, and database follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.
- Manage and maintain customer details in CRM or Excel records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and updates.
- Analyze lead performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

- Experience: 6 Month To 1yr years of experience in Tele calling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.
- Preferred Skills : Experience in handling customer databases.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Ability to analyse lead data and improve conversion.
