Job Description – Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and other details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project options.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead details and regular follow-ups in CRM.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
