- Coordinating and managing loading schedules, including documentation, tracking and scheduling of shipments
- Liaising with shipping agents and other logistics partners for delivery to the vessels at the marine ports
- Maintaining detailed records of all loading schedules, transactions and communications for audit and reference purposes
- Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of daily operations
- 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, cargo handling, logistics operations or a similar role within the marine and logistics industry
- Solid knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Customer service mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
