Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail store

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain strong product knowledge across all Wakefit categories

Handle billing coordination and basic operational activities

Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management

Capture customer feedback and support repeat business initiatives

Follow and adhere to retail SOPs regarding grooming, in-store operations, store hygiene, customer experience and feedback collection

Required Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate or Graduate with retail sales experience

1–3 years of experience in retail, furniture,



mattress, electronics, or lifestyle sales

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused attitude with consultative selling ability

Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS handling skills

Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends

Preferred Candidate Profile

Energetic and customer oriented sales professional

Consultative sales experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced and omni-channel retail environment

Local language proficiency preferred but not mandatory
