JLL is looking for a skilled *Technical Executive* to manage day-to-day technical operations of a premium property in Worli. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all building services, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety standards while maintaining high-quality facility operations.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily technical operations of the property.

* Ensure smooth functioning of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.

* Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.

* Coordinate with vendors and monitor AMC activities.

* Conduct regular inspections of technical equipment and utilities.

* Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and statutory documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

* Monitor energy consumption and suggest cost-saving initiatives.

* Support the Property Manager in daily technical and engineering operations.

* Respond promptly to emergencies and technical breakdowns.
