Eligibility:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or customer service
- Male candidates preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift allocation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Support billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with the Venue Manager to achieve operational and sales targets.
