- Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding academic programs, career options, and course selection
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs
- Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Assist students through the admission and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and education policies
