- Candidate RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. 6–12 months of prior experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Banking/Financial Sales is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English along with regional fluency (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi depending on location).
- Skills: Good listening skills, confident speaking voice, and basic computer/CRM knowledge.
