- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the commercial premises.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and landscaping teams.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, Fire Fighting, etc.).
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and asset condition.
- Plan manpower deployment and staff training.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all common area facilities and amenities.
