- Plan, organize, and execute NGO events, charity drives, awareness campaigns, and the I-Run Goa Marathon.
- Coordinate with clients, sponsors, corporate partners, vendors, volunteers, and participants.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and fundraising partners for events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate organizations and donors.
- Prepare sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership decks.
- Coordinate event logistics, permissions, registrations, branding, and vendor management.
- Manage pre-event, on-event, and post-event operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, social media campaigns, and publicity.
- Attend networking events, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, schools, colleges, and corporate organizations for collaborations.
- Track event budgets, sponsorship commitments, and event deliverables.
- Prepare event reports and maintain documentation after every event.
