Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Explain products/services and generate customer interest.

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or bookings as per campaign requirements.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.

- Meet daily call, lead generation, and conversion targets.

- Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass/Graduate.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in BPO, lead generation, appointment booking, or sales.

- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
