Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional communication.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls regarding pending payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment commitments as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, collections, telecalling, or recovery.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from office in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Preferred SkillsKannada, Tamil, and Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Prior experience in collection/recovery processes will be an advantage.
- DRA certification preferred/mandatory as per process requirement.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
