? PositionBackend Executive – Purchase & Sale

- ? What You Will DoSource new residential properties for sale
- Coordinate with property owners
- Onboard genuine and quality properties
- Maintain and update property inventory
- Collect complete property details, photos & videos
- Match buyer requirements with suitable properties
- Provide property options to the Sales Team
- Coordinate property/site visits
- Follow up with owners and sales executives
- Support negotiations and sales closures
- Market properties through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, property groups & portals
- Maintain accurate CRM/Google Sheet updates
- Track property availability and pricing
- Support the Sales Team with daily property requirements
- ? Who We Are Looking ForGood communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working with targets
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets




- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and social media
- Real-estate experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn can also apply
- Proactive and responsible attitude
