Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

2.Marketing Coordination

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing content.
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

3. Customer Relationship

- ManagementRespond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
