Experience: 8-10 Years

Qualification: ITI

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide welding, fabrication and tool room operations.
- Allocate daily work and monitor productivity of technicians and operators.
- Perform and oversee welding, cutting, grinding, fitting and fabrication activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate fabrication.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely job completion.
- Maintain tools, fabrication equipment and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Train and support shop-floor personnel while resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in welding, fabrication and tool room operations.
- Ability to lead and supervise a fabrication team.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, fabrication techniques and measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination and problem-solving skills.
