Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Location: Lalpur, Raipur

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Upalaksh Job Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, communication, and helping candidates build their careers, this opportunity is for you.

- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews with client companies and coordinate the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Prepare job postings and promote vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure proper documentation.





- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with strong negotiation and coordination skills.

- Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
