We are looking for a confident and empathetic Gynecology Counsellor to join our team at Jaipur Doorbeen Hospital, Jaipur. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to handle leads generated through digital marketing, call prospective patients, understand their concerns, provide proper counselling about gynecological treatments, motivate them to visit the hospital, and guide them regarding treatment costs. The counsellor will also be responsible for maintaining regular follow-ups, updating lead status in the CRM/HIMS, coordinating appointments with doctors, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the first call until consultation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a patient-friendly approach, positive follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in healthcare counselling, telecalling, or patient coordination will be preferred.
