Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated, professional, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B and B2C sales for our IT and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into business.

The candidate should be a quick learner who can understand guidance, grasp new concepts, follow instructions accurately, and work professionally as part of a team.

- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and work towards closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and onboarding.
- Understand and implement sales strategies and guidance provided by management.
