Daily Operations & Management

- Open and close the store on time.
- Manage billing, cash drawers, and digital UPI/card payments.
- Supervise store staff including delivery agents and utility helpers.
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.

Customer Service & Orders

- Greet walk-in customers and explain laundry or dry cleaning pricing.
- Receive, tag, and log incoming garments into the tracking system.
- Answer inquiries and resolve customer complaints quickly.
- Coordinate garment pickups and timely drop-offs.

Quality & Inventory Control

- Inspect washed, dry-cleaned, and ironed clothes for quality assurance.
- Track stock levels of packing materials and detergents.
- Reorder supplies and log daily transaction and attendance reports.

Sales & Marketing

- Promote active membership packages, seasonal discounts, and offers.
- Convert local leads or walk-ins into regular subscription clients.
- Conduct basic local marketing or call past customers to retain business
