Job SummaryMEDSCoders Private Limited is looking for a confident and result-oriented Customer Care Executive with excellent communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers over calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services clearly, following up on leads, handling objections, and successfully converting leads into customers and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through different marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain MEDSCoders' products, services, features, benefits, pricing, and processes clearly.
- Should have a robust understanding of the complete sales cycle: Lead → Follow-up → Product Explanation → Objection Handling → Negotiation → Closure.
- Build customer interest and confidence through effective communication.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Take ownership of leads from the initial conversation through final closure.
- Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to handle customer objections.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects until a decision or closure is achieved.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and positive communication throughout the customer journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve trust, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



customer requirements, and sales status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and support teams whenever required.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Follow up on missed calls, pending inquiries, and undecided prospects.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries received through calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, or other channels.
- Collect customer feedback and share important insights with the management team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while remaining focused on sales and revenue generation.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Care, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Lead Conversion is preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in converting leads and achieving sales closures will be given preference.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Should have a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle: Lead → Follow-up → Product Explanation → Objection Handling → Negotiation → Closure.
