To ensure that all hydraulic tube fittings, adapters, hose fittings, and precision CNC-machined components conform to customer specifications, engineering drawings, international standards, and the company's Quality Management System before dispatch.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material Inspection, Inspect raw materials (SS316, SS316L, Carbon Steel, Brass, etc.).
2. In-Process Inspection
3. Final Inspection
4. Operate and maintain inspection equipment including: Vernier Caliper, Outside & Inside Micrometers, Height Gauge, thread gauges
5. Prepare Documentation as per ISO9001 standard, Inspection Report
6. Handle customer complaints. Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Prepare 8D reports, CAPA
7. Coordinate with production to eliminate recurring defects.
8. Proficiency in MS Excel
9. Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
10. Experience : 2 to 4 years
