We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, driver management, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective fleet utilization.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day fleet operations.
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain vehicle records, insurance, permits, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
- Prepare basic fleet performance reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation regulations.
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
