Job Summary

Property Forever is seeking enthusiastic, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Coordinate with customers for documentation and booking formalities.
- Maintain daily sales reports




- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property documentation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification

- Graduate preferred (HSC with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales profile.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Ulwe, Kamothe, Kharghar, Taloja, or nearby areas will be given preference.
