About the RoleZephyr by Zenia is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the property.

This is a leadership position for someone who understands hospitality from the ground up and can manage hotel operations, restaurant/F&B; service, banquet functions, staff and guest experience while also contributing towards sales and revenue growth.

We are looking for a manager who takes ownership of the property, leads from the front and is comfortable being actively involved in operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant/F&B; and Banquet Operations.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in, stay experience and check-out.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and hospitality.
- Supervise restaurant service and coordinate closely with the kitchen.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, service time and guest satisfaction.
- Handle banquet enquiries, bookings and event execution.
- Coordinate weddings, parties, corporate events and other functions from setup to completion.
- Meet banquet clients, understand their requirements and ensure commitments are delivered.
- Coordinate event setup, food service, housekeeping, vendors and manpower.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate responsibilities.
- Train, supervise and motivate hotel and F&B; staff.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance and grooming standards.
- Personally handle important guests, VIPs and customer complaints when required.
- Monitor inventory, purchases, wastage and operational costs.
- Check bills, cash collections and daily operational reports.
- Prevent revenue leakage, pilferage and unnecessary expenditure.




- Coordinate maintenance and ensure rooms, equipment and public areas remain operational.
- Work with management to improve occupancy, restaurant sales and banquet revenue.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, event planners and other potential customers.
- Encourage repeat business and maintain strong relationships with existing guests and clients.
- Submit regular operational, sales and revenue reports to management.
- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Hotel / Restaurant / Banquet / F&B; Management preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing more than one hospitality department will be given preference.
- Strong leadership and staff-management ability.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations.
- Understanding of banquet/event operations and sales.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve operational problems quickly.
- Basic understanding of billing, inventory, purchasing and cost control.
- Skilled appearance and good grooming.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred, but strong practical hospitality experience is more important.
