Position: Retail Staff / Store Associate

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in retail sales/customer service

Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, manage merchandise, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a retail environment are preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related queries.
- Promote store offers, loyalty programs, and new products.
- Ensure proper stocking, replenishment, and display of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Monitor product expiry dates and quality standards.
- Support billing and cash handling activities when required.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management.




- Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or customer-facing roles.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Preferred QualificationsHigh School / PUC / Any Graduate.
- Experience in grocery, FMCG, supermarket, or organic retail stores preferred.
