We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to manage the operations of a premium Sports Bar and Club (TheKnockout).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete pub and F&B; operations.

- Strong knowledge of liquor, premium spirits, whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, wine, beer & cocktails.

- Manage bar inventory, stock control, beverage costing and wastage.

- Drive sales, up selling, premium liquor sales and profitability.

- Handle VIP guests and ensure excellent customer experience.

- Lead, train and manage the bar and service team.

- Manage purchasing and coordinate with liquor/beverage suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with liquor/excise rules and safety standards.

- Monitor daily sales, stock variance and overall outlet performance.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in premium pubs, bars, lounges or nightlife.

- Strong practical knowledge of liquor and bar operations.

- Good leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Robust understanding of sales, inventory and cost control.

- Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
