Responsibilities
- Handle online sales enquiries from Website, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email & Phone.
- Respond to IndiaMART enquiries promptly and follow up with customers.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Experience in Online Sales, IndiaMART, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome.
