Location: Pune, Vashi, Bandra Maharashtra

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Pune,Bandra, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience and be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reconciliations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and sales entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records as applicable.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and expense records.
- Generate financial reports and MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
