0–5 Years in Sales/Banking/Financial Services

Preference for Banking, CASA, Insurance, or Field Sales experience

Salary Structure (May vary by location and experience)

CTC: ₹2.16 –LPA

In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000–₹50,000+ per month (based on target achievement)

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Savings Account (SA) and Current Account (CA) customers.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Cross-sell banking products such as:

Fixed Deposits (FD)





Credit Cards

Personal Loans

Insurance

Investment Products

Meet monthly sales and business targets.

Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance.

Coordinate with branch staff for smooth customer onboarding.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused attitude.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in field sales.

Basic knowledge of banking products.

Local language proficiency is an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (May vary by branch)

2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays off (as per bank policy in many locations).
