- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Home Loan leads from the open market through DSAs, connectors, and builders.
- Meet clients, verify documents, process files, and coordinate for loan sanction/disbursement.
- Monitor leads and ensure quality sourcing and quick conversion as per targets.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
- Meet builders, DSAs, and connector associations for tie-ups related to housing loans.
- Coordinate with the loan processing centre to ensure timely file disbursement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Implement sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of Home Loans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of the local market.

ExperiencePreferably 1 year in the relevant field.

QualificationMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
