We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US Voice Process (Amazon Process). The role involves handling customer queries and providing effective solutions to US-based customers.
- Excellent English communication skills (Voice)
- Neutral/US accent preferred
- Good knowledge of US culture and common idioms
- Prior BPO/Customer Service experience is mandatory
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a pure night shift
