Minimum Experience 5+ Years in Solar Industries, Specifically Solar PV Design, Execution and team Management.

2. Technical skills in AutoCAD, SLD Preparation, Load and Shadow Analysis.

3. Key Responsibilities: Conducting Site Survey, feasibility checks, overseeing Projects, Proper Documentation and managing site execution teams.

4. Focusing on system design, technical approvals from Clients, and mentoring junior engineers.

5. Co-ordination with dispatch team for timely delivery of Materials Dispatch.

6. Ensure that solar electrical installations comply with QA / QC in industry standards and regulations.

7. Work towards delivering high-quality solar electrical solutions.

8. Ensuring, root cause analysis, field testing and trouble shooting.

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for Projects.

10. Prepare measurement sheets and certifications specific to solar project progress.

11. Prepare as-built drawings and handover the projects to customers

12. Monitoring Post Installation Service Calls, Co-ordinate with maintenance Team and monitoring Plant Maintenance and Panel Cleaning.

13. Ability to handle multiple solar project sites concurrently.

14. Minimum Speaking Languages: Kannada / English / Hindi.
