- Load and deliver daily orders to street food vendor stalls across your assigned route, on time, every day Monday to Saturday
- Operate a company-provided 3-wheeler electric vehicle (EV) safely and responsibly
- Handle goods with care — ensuring the right products reach the right vendor in valuable condition
- Collect payments and manage basic cash/digital payment reconciliation at the point of delivery
- Build strong relationships with vendors on your route — you are their daily point of contact with DookanPe
- Report any delivery issues, damaged goods, or vendor concerns back to your supervisor promptly
- Keep your vehicle clean, charged, and ready for the next day's run
