Position: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (Field Work)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job SummaryNexa Elevator Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Experience in the elevator industry is an added advantage.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate current business leads through site visits, references, and market surveys.
- Identify and approach builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present elevator solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.




- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with project and installation teams after order confirmation.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong field sales and lead generation abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Presentation and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- QualificationBBA / BBM / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) or any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Elevator industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- RequirementsTwo-wheeler with a valid driving license is mand
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
