Telecaller cum Visa Counsellor – Job Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company’s visa, immigration, and overseas education services to potential clients.
- Understand clients’ requirements, qualifications, financial background, and career goals.
- Provide initial guidance regarding suitable visa/immigration options based on client profiles.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments with clients.
- Convert prospective leads into successful clients through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients regarding required documents, applications, and payments.
- Coordinate with the visa filing and documentation team for smooth processing.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.




- Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead conversion, and enrollment targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Stay updated about the company’s services, visa categories, and applicable process requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Solid follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
