We are looking for a HVAC Designer with hands-on experience in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system design to join our design team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and layout of VRF systems from concept through construction documents, working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver productive, reliable HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design and layout of VRF systems, including indoor/outdoor unit selection, refrigerant piping routing etc.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations (Manual J/N or equivalent, and commercial load software)
- Select VRF equipment and prepare system schematics using design tools like AUTOCAD (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Samsung, Fujitsu VRF design software)
- Size refrigerant piping,



condensate lines, and determine line set routing in compliance with manufacturer limits and ASHRAE/local code requirements
- Prepare construction documents: plans, sections, details, schedules, and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate VRF layouts with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure constructability
- Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors and manufacturers for design compliance
- Stay current on VRF technology updates, energy codes, and industry best practices.
