Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to support successful conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

- Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
