Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via phone regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Update collection status in the CRM/system after every call.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Escalate complex cases to the Team Leader or Supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.




- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (as per process requirement).
