Location: Thane, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial reporting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Key

Responsibilities

● Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities

● Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records

● Handle bank reconciliations and ledger management

● Monitor accounts payable and receivable

● Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings

● Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment processing

● Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

● Support audits and financial reviews as required

● Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)





● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, MIS Reporting, and basic formulas

● Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/accounting platforms

● Good understanding of bookkeeping, ledger management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting

● Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and statutory compliance

● Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

● Good communication and coordination abilities

● Ability to manage deadlines efficiently and maintain accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse industry will be an added advantage

● Knowledge of ERP systems and financial dashboards preferred
