The Belgian Waffle Co. – Steward / WaiterJob Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, tables, and service areas.
- Assist with food preparation, packing, and order presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company standards.
- Support store opening and closing activities.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and café operations.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply; prior F&B; experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
