URGENT HIRING – HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Location: Hayathnagar / Shabad Road, Chandanvally Industrial Park

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR & Admin activities in the furniture factory
- Recruitment and manpower planning for factory employees
- Manage attendance, biometric, leave, shifts and overtime
- Payroll coordination and salary-related activities
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records, joining and exit formalities
- Coordinate PF, ESI and other statutory compliance
- Manage contract labour and manpower requirements
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen, accommodation and employee welfare
- Prepare HR MIS reports – manpower, absenteeism, overtime and recruitment




- Coordinate employee induction, training and performance appraisal
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Accounts and Management

⭐ Candidate Profile

✅ Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

✅ 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin

✅ Candidates with factory/manufacturing industry experience preferred

✅ Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation

✅ Good communication and employee-handling skills

✅ Ability to manage workers and factory-level HR activities

✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred
