Candidate should be a minimum qualification of ITI and above.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of production machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Dismantle, assemble, and install mechanical components and equipment.
- Replace worn or defective machine parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Align, adjust, and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain lubrication systems and ensure machines operate efficiently.
- Assist in machine overhauling and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Maintain records of maintenance work performed and spare parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production teams to support uninterrupted operations.
