Travel: Extensive daily travel across your zone, including nearby mapped towns

Reporting: Zone Lead + internal coordinator (daily updates)

Fixed salary: 35,000 / month

Performance incentives up to 95,000 / week

About the role:

We are building one of Indias largest commercial video data collection networks. As a Zonal Data Captain, you own the business pipeline for your zone you find businesses, convert them for on-site video data collection, and keep the recording engine in your territory fed every single day. You will spend your days in the field meeting business owners, converting them, and expanding into new towns mapped to your zone.

What Youll Do:

Business Pipeline Building Your Core Job Convert a minimum of 8 current businesses every day for commercial video data collection Prioritize multi-worker and 2-shift environments: factories, manufacturing units, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, warehouses, printing & packaging units, facility management operations Complete the business conversion form accurately and fully for every conversion,



same day Every conversion is verified a converted business means a real, reachable business that is scheduled and ready for recording

Territory Scouting & Expansion Map and expand into nearby towns and industrial clusters assigned to your zone Identify new commercial categories and corridors with high recording potential Build corridor-level knowledge: which streets, estates, and clusters hold the densest concentration of qualifying businesses

Provide timely updates to your internal coordinator on pipeline status, scheduled recordings, and on-ground issues Support field operations on recording days at businesses you converted resolve owner concerns, access issues, and scheduling conflicts on the spot Maintain the relationship: a business you convert should stay warm through its recording cycle

Field sales and vendor acquisition professionals who close face-to-face People comfortable with extensive daily travel within their zone High-ownership operators who treat their territory like their own business People who perform under clear, non-negotiable daily numbers
