Role Overview:

We are looking for a agile HR Manager with 2+ years of experience to handle end-to-end HR functions—including recruitment, payroll, learning & development, and employee engagement—while building a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hiring, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory HR compliance.
- Identify skill gaps, organize training programs, and support employee growth.
- Drive team-building activities, boost retention, and maintain a positive office culture.
- Address employee queries, conduct 1-on-1s, and handle exit procedures.
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, payroll processing, and hiring platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and high confidentiality.
